CATS! =^w^=

Hi there!...
Today I'm going to talk about kitten... I love Them, they are my favorite animal in the whole world :3 I could say that I love felines in general, but I'm going to talk jus about cats
Their scientific name is Felis silvestris catus, and everybody says that cats are domestic animals, but really they are not. In spanish we use the word "ahuachado" to say that the cat can live with you at home, but if you don't feed him or if you go away the cat can survive without you, and in general cats can survive without humans, of course there are exceptions, like Kanna, the cat of my boyfriend i.e. LOL, she is the tenderest thing that I know :3
I like cats because I've alway had them like pet, and they are very independent, elegant, they don't stink like other animals (except when they are ill), and the most important thing (?), they are soft and fluffy.

I must say that now I have six cats at home... they're all female cats, Chichita, Lysa, Sofia, Guante, Hikkihenand  Rubia... how do they arrived? that's a long story for another post xD

Today I'm going to speak about my best friend, his nickname is Kenji, his real name is a secret (?). Ok, no, that’s a joke, his real name is Ariel… We have been friend since I was fourteen years old…
This photo was taken by himself, with his cellphone, because he loves to take photos to people and himself, he took the photo  in April, I'm not sure if it is from his birthday or after it. He wanted to show his new clasp of Avenged Sevenfold ahahahah.
I like this photo because we were angry with the other for 3 years... long story, but when we reconcile I gave him a draw of Mana (a musician that he likes) and he gave me this photo, like a symbol of confidence, because he didn’t like that photo and it wasn’t published on Facebook, he is really careful with his personal image.

Chiloé of my love~

Hi there :3
Today I'm going to speak about my trip to Chiloé~

At right the little Apiao Island.

I love that place, and I think it is the best place to live and to work like an anthropologist c:
I went to Apiao Island one and half year ago on my holidays to visit my sister, she was working there, and I stayed in her house, it has a beautiful view to the estuary and La Capilla (ther other side of the island)
Well, I stayed two weeks in Apiao Island, but I went to Tenaún, Dalcahue (Big Island), Puqueldón (Lemuy Island), Chonchi and Castro 'cause my sister wanted me to know many places, she is the best ^^!
There I met a lot of nice people, and I would like to come back.
I saw the local nature, the local customs in "Feria Costumbrista de Castro", I ate chochoca, milcao, lamb, just harvested lettuce, I knit a lot... that kind of things made that travel special to me.

My Favourite Piece of Technology

Mmmm...

I think my favourite gadget is mi MP3 player ...

MP3 is a digital player of .mp3 and .wmv records, and I got it on summer, cause my older MP3 failed :/

I use this little gadget to listen to music, and to carry my University archives. I hate to travel on public transport without music, my mood changes and I get angry easily D: I use it eeeeeeveryday, Monday to Monday.

I like it, becaus it is little and lighter than other gadgets made to listen to music (like MP4 or CDplayers)

Life without it would be awful and bored, I would be angry in the mornings (when i travel to University) and angry in the afternoons D: an I think that people that surrounds me wouldn't like that xD

My favourite band!!

today i'm going to speak about my favourite Dream Theater yay!

i have this poster in my bedroom

They are a band with twenty five years, conformed by James LaBrie (vocals), John Myung (bass), John Petrucci (guitar), Mike Mangini (drums and percussion), and Jordan Rudess (keyboards)... they play Progressive Metal, that is a combination of metal and melodic sounds, like jazz, and 70's psichodelic rock.

they are all conservatory musician, so they are very perfectionist and their music is very meticulous...

i like this band because they are amazing and perfectionist, their music is really complicated, and i've always liked metal music, when i was a child mi favourite band was Slayer, but when i knew Dream Theater (i was 10 years-old) it was... wow~ xD in spanish i would use the word "inefable" if you know what it means you'll understand *LOL*

my favourite song... mmmm... i think it is Learning to Live, but i love Take the Time, both are from Images and Words album... they are very progressive songs, sometimes they are slow, but they have a lot of energy...

my name is Maira, but everybody calls me Dako, i'm 19 years-old.
I study anthropology at Universidad de Chile


I was born in 1992... i'm the third of four daughter, the first is Cristina, the second is María Bárbara, and the fourth is Nazka, my mom is called Àngélica... i live with my lil' sister, my aunt, and my mom.


I studied at que elementary school "El Pequeño Estudiante", after that, i studied at Liceo 1, but i moved to Liceo 6 when i was 16, because i wanted a change.


I've lived at the same house for 19 years, i love my house, it's old, but it's magic...


my hobbies are watching japanese animation, reading vampire books, cooking, to use tumblr and i love to sew clothes on my machine :D
